I am an ecologist interested in bioinformatics. I am developing tools for analyzing Next-generation Sequencing data of non-model organisms without reference genomes. The system Iím studying now is figs and Iím particularly interested in their two breeding systems. Iím also a PhD student in Xishuangbanna Tropical Botanical Garden, Chinese Academy of Science (http://www.ecologicalevolution.org/person/fan-huan/).
